What this policy covers
This policy explains how Alpha Roofing & Contracting handles information you share with us through this website, by phone, and in person when we work on your property.
Information you give us
When you call, you may give us your name, phone number, property address and a description of the roof problem. We use that information to return your call, schedule and perform work, prepare estimates and invoices, and keep records of the job, including photos of your roof and property taken during inspections and repairs.
Information this website collects
This website does not use analytics or advertising tracking. Like most websites, the server that hosts it may keep standard technical logs such as IP address, browser type and pages requested, which are used for security and to keep the site running.
Fonts on this site are loaded from Google Fonts, which receives your IP address when the page loads. Maps are not loaded until you click the map button; when you do, the map is provided by Google Maps and governed by Google's privacy policy.
Phone calls
Calls to our number may be recorded where the law allows, for quality and scheduling purposes. How calls are handled during peak demand is described in our Terms of Service.
How we share information
We do not sell your personal information. We share it only as needed to do the work and as described in our Terms of Service: with material suppliers and permit offices, with your insurance company when you ask us to document a claim, and when the law requires it.
How long we keep it
We keep job records, photos and invoices for as long as needed for warranties you may hold from manufacturers, tax and legal requirements, and your future service needs.
Your choices
You can ask us to update or delete your contact information by calling (470) 802-9803. We will do so unless we are required to keep it.
