Quick answer
Roofing services in Atlanta fall into five groups here: storm and leak repair, replacement and installation, inspections and maintenance, commercial roofing, and exterior work such as gutters, siding and fascia. If water is coming in, start with leak repair or emergency tarping. If the roof is simply old, start with an inspection before pricing a replacement.

Which of these do I actually need?
Start with what you can see. Water inside, an opening in the roof, or shingles on the ground point to repair: leak repair if the roof is otherwise sound, tarping first if it is open to the sky, and hail or wind repair if a storm just came through. Those pages explain how to tell the difference, and a call sorts it out quickly.
If nothing is leaking but the roof is old, curling or losing granules, an inspection is the honest first step. It tells you whether a tune-up buys years, whether a claim is worth filing, or whether it is time to price a replacement, and it keeps you from paying for work the roof does not need.
Commercial owners usually know their roof type; the choice there is between repair, a coating on a sound roof, or a new system. And if the trouble is at the roof edge, such as overflowing gutters, soft fascia or cracked siding, those pages cover the exterior work, which often traces back to the same water.

We install shingle, metal and membrane systems from GAF, Owens Corning, CertainTeed, Carlisle and Firestone.
