This website provides general information about roofing and exterior work in the Atlanta area and the phone number for Alpha Roofing & Contracting. Information in our guides is general and is not a quote, inspection or professional advice for your specific property. Prices mentioned in guides are published market ranges, not our prices.

Estimates and work

Any price for work on your property is given in writing after an inspection and is subject to the scope described in it. Conditions found once work starts, such as rotted decking, are handled as described in your written estimate. Work begins only after you approve it.

Contacting us and consent to be contacted

By calling us, you agree that we may contact you by phone at the number you call from about your request. You can ask us to stop at any time.

Call recording

Calls to and from our business line may be recorded where permitted by law, for quality, training and scheduling purposes.

Call forwarding during peak demand

Alpha Roofing & Contracting answers and schedules the service calls that come in on its number. During peak demand, after-hours emergencies, or when our schedule is full, a call may be forwarded to another trusted local roofing provider so you still get help quickly. A provider you are connected with in that way sets its own availability, pricing and terms, and any work it performs is agreed directly between you and that provider. The details you give on a forwarded call are shared with that provider so it can respond. Please confirm licensing and insurance with any provider before work begins.

Insurance claims

If you ask us to document storm damage, we provide photos, measurements and a written estimate. Your claim remains between you and your insurance company, and coverage decisions are made by your insurer.

Limitation

This website is provided as is. We work to keep it accurate, but we are not responsible for decisions made solely on the basis of general information on the site without an inspection of your property.
